I reported it Saturday morning. It's now Wednesday afternoon and I've still not heard anything back. It said 24 hours. I've never known such an absolute joke in my life. I'm in my mid 40's, have a young family and only play for enjoyment once a week for a bit. I'm also a beta tester for Sony. Have been for 15 years. Never had any issues or anything like this before. I would just like my account reactivated and a reason why this has happened so that I can look forward to the only game I've pre-ordered this year. Every day which goes by is just making things worse. Are there any admin who can raise an added query regarding these random bans from the beta?
I reported on the 17th of August and still haven't heard back. Today is the 27th. What a joke...

On my side, my account is disabled, so could not play any beta, i've sent 9 cases to them to help me, and unlink my PSN from that disabled account, so i can link it to my actual account, that got the same mail as my PSN and that exist since 2012, never got an answer after over 2 weeks. Im still unable to play any EA online game.
And the best part is, that after sending the second case, my EA account got banned, for no reason, so i made appeal, and at least i got my EA account back. But still can't play any EA game online. And they don't care at all. So i just gave up, i'm no longer buying any EA game anymore.
