Please let me link a Twitch account

I'm trying to claim the Twitch drops before they're are ineligible. So when I had checked my EA account's linked accounts I found a Twitch by the name "ZxG9MDdnQfxggJb," which is completely unknown to me. So I unlinked the account. Not knowing that, "An EA account can only be linked to one Twitch account in its lifetime. I've already contacted EA online support chat about two weeks ago and they told me, "Team will look into this request to validate the claim and respond via email within 72 hours with updates."  Are you serious? This is probably the most useless and frustrating "security feature" I have ever seen. Just let me link a different account.

    You will need to try talking with EA support again; they are the only ones in this situation who can assist you with the process. Usually, if you are able to provide them with the necessary information, the process of linking/unlinking would last a few minutes.
