Hello ManBo_momoji,
You will have to use the EA refund tool, if it does not work you should talk to EA support. Nobody else can assist you with this specific issue.
I sent 2 cases, #966356180 & #906263281， no one contact me and even i cant see these cases in my CASES. Its really hard to get a refund...
