Support keeps closing my ticket then sending me an email "Do you still need help?" YES, the issue is not fixed! They leave no comment, close the ticket and I have to reopen it to enter the chat queue. I have yet to speak to anyone and my ticket has been closed 5 times with "No Fix Available".
