lol the wait time is 500 minutes and they close the ticket if you dont respond in literally 1 second... EA TRASH
They've done the same thing to me. I hope they don't scam the few of us out of our money. Very disappointed in EA at the moment.

That's exactly what happened to me. Wait in the "que" for hours last night, ended up falling asleep while waiting, THEN that's when someone apparently tried to talk to me. Now I can't even chat with them.
