Random hotmail account linked to my xbox account

I have been trying to get help to unlink a random hotmail account that is not mine from my xbox account. Everytime I try to get in cue for a chat the next page states "This issue isn't supported by advisors". 3 days ago I was able to get on a chat cue, but since the wait time was sooooo long 404 mins I would miss when an "advisor" would get on the chat. Please someone help me figure out how to get this random account unlinked.

    I have the same exact problem, my main email got hacked and some **bleep** linked their email to my PSN account and I can't unlink it.

    I've spent like an hour on the EA site trying to figure out how to get help, but it is an absolute mess and there isn't any specific way to contact anyone directly about my issue.
