Refund Help

Thank you for you're help and always responding I appreciate you.

I did, talked to two people its like talking to a robot, they ask for a DX DIAG after i already said i couldn’t do it they just repeat the same things. Why am not able to get help? My purchase didn’t even violate anything. ATP I give up

I submitted the form but I didn't see get in contact with an advisor, just gave me three options I forgot exactly what they were. To make sure were talking about the same thing you're talking about the web form?

In the same boat with Battlefield 6, trying to refund but getting sent to AI bots and forms that just loop endlessly to the refund tool that doesn't work. No option to chat with a human is there. What are we supposed to do? The 24 hours from first play is ticking while we get sent in loops through AI chat bots.

I already did the contact EA for Help submitted a form and everything, and also chatted with bot. The game itself says non-refundable (College Football 27)  but before I bought it it said I could refund. The refund itself doesn't go against any of their terms and conditions ether. I've gotten no answer, I need this done before the refund the 19th at least.

If you're interested in a refund and aren't seeing the option on the Refund Tool, you'll need to get in touch with our live support team for further assistance. You can do so using the Contact us option at the bottom of this page. 

Unfortunately, we don't have access to your account or billing information to determine why the option isn't appearing, but live support can check your refund eligibility and process it for you if everything looks good.
