Refund infinite loading

I have gone through every single step required for a refund multiple times. What’s ridiculous and laughable is that every other internet page loads instantly in less than a second, but the moment I click on "Request Refund," the loading never ends. This is sabotaging the final step of my refund, and there is no one I can even ask for help about this. I’ve tried everything I was told to do, and now my last resort is to come to the forum and post, hoping others might be having the same problem. Even when I turn on a VPN and try to chat with an advisor, the button doesn’t work. At this rate, it feels like you’re deliberately wasting my time until you can steal my money. Fine, I’ll accept that DLCs are non-refundable—go ahead and keep that. But making the refund button itself cause endless loading, blocking chat, and never responding to inquiries is a business tactic I really can’t stand. I’ve seen there are managers who reply here, so I expect an answer on what you’re going to do about this. If you’re blocking refunds just to profit, I will report you to the consumer protection agency for illegal practices.
