Refund on discounted game
Hello everyone, I would like to find out how long it would take for a refund to reach my bank account after I initiated my refund request 4 days ago (February 9). The thing is that I initiated the refund request just after purchasing the game then after some time I canceled the refund request, but then today I found that the game was removed from my account and my refund has still not yet reached my bank account. I have tried reporting this on EA HELP and they keep on closing the case saying that there is NO FIX. So what should I do in this situation?
It can take up to 10 working days for a refund to be reflected in your account.
A number of factors are in play such as the clearing house your bank or card issue uses.
