Ridiculous Ban From Your Moderator

First post ever. Not really sure where to post this. I've attempted to contact support here multiple times only to be given the run around <removed inappropriate comment> 

Anyway, excited for the BF6 release after playing beta, but still holding back too much hope due to the track record of games lately (broken on release, terrible performance, changing things up too much etc) it was good to feel BF6 return to what its supposed to be about. I made 1, single, post, in the history of the BF6 community hub, and got an instant permanent ban.

I am obviously very annoyed and confused by why this even happened. But as you can see in the attachment, it's as clear as day the moderator abuse. Judging by their reasoning and the overused buzzword 'bigot' as being a reason, I'm still confused by what part of my short sentence could be politically charged or something? I'm not American so you know, I don't really know the ins and outs of these things because it doesn't really affect me.

Whoever issued this ban needs to have their moderator privileges revoked. I've never once had an issue in the over a decade this account has existed on EA, and even longer on steam. And the ban can also be removed as in no reality is this ban correct or applicable.

    Hey Kyowyn​,

    It looks like that ban took place on the Steam discussion boards rather than our own forums, so that's not something we'd be able to address I'm afraid.

    You should be able to try these steps to appeal with Steam support since this took place on their platform.

    Hi, thanks for the fast response. I did actually contact steam support but they confirmed this;

    We understand your concern. However, upon further review, this community hub ban was issued by the developer's moderation staff.

    And then basically said to contact EA. And for two odd weeks now I've been trying to get through to EA support about this.

    Thanks for the clarification Kyowyn​.

    Our Terms of Service team would be best in that case, have you created an appeal using these steps or just a normal support case?

    The link should let you create an appeal with our Terms of Service team specifically so they can check into this, unlike a normal support ticket. That would be the best way to go from here.

    I believe it was just a normal support ticket so I'll give those steps a go, thank you.
