Unable to raise a case as it keeps recommending forums to contact ‘help’. Is there any other way to resolve this? Else I would like to request a refund for my upgraded EA play Pro that I bought in order to help with this issue.

11 days agoAre you sure you're playing the EA Play Pro version and not the Xbox version? I just want to make sure there's no confusion here. If you don't want to use remote play, you need to have the PC version through one of the PC platforms.
If you want to inquire about a refund, you'll need to open a case with an advisor.
