Servers not connecting on new internet
Hello! I was told to write this from a customer support member but I recently just moved into my first apartment and with my new wifi I haven't been able to get online to any EA games for over a week...

Community ManagerHi there. Check the network settings on your PS5 and let me know what it says for the NAT type. Also, can you try switching your connection to use a mobile hotspot? This is just as a test to see if you can connect. It's not a permanent solution if it works. Thanks!
I have been having the same issue. Just randomly 4 days ago I can no longer connect to the EA Servers for any of my EA Games. All my other games work on my xbox and can connect to online gaming. But every EA Game it says the servers are unavailable. EA Chat support couldn't help me. Please help!!!

Try power cycling your equipment with these steps:
- Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
- Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
- Power it all up and try playing again
