EA didn't help in the support either. How about not locking out accounts for 365 days if there has been an accidental switch in connected accounts ONCE!? I understand there are concerns if someone is switching accounts all the time, but I only linked the steam account once and the system says I need to wait for a year after the second time? The EA support hasn't replied for 3 days btw, so you are locking us out of our purchases with no reason.

They're the only ones that have access to accounts, so they're the only ones who can help with an issue like this.
