Struggling to login to EA converter
I logged in to EA Converter on your iOS device using your mentor ID, email, and license key. Then, you tried to log in to EA Migrate on your Android device using the same mentor ID and email, but you got an error message saying the license key was already in use on another device (EA Converter on your iOS device).

I've removed one of your attachments as your full email address was visible. However, I think you might have posted here incorrectly, as the product you're having an issue with doesn't seem to be related to EA Games. You should probably visit the website for the company who offer the service you're trying to use and look for contact details there.
