Stuck in stupid loop.

For some stupid reason when I launch battlefield 6 and try to play (which i could ALLL DAY yesterday) Ea this morning says, "You're account has been disabled, we've permanently blocked access to this product." ????? Then when I go to EA to check my penalty history NOTHING SHOWS UP. SO I am super confused on this.. Then I go to appeal and fill out everything but I get no case that pops up or anything as in the appeal didn't even go through. How can I appeal something that isn't shown on my peantly. And yes I am on the right account, and have everything correct. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA I want help so bad. I don't know what to do IF I CANT EVEN APPEAL.
