Support Chat unavailable?

Hello, I am trying to open a support chat to assist me with an issue with my Play Pro subscription, however, for the last 2 days now, its been telling me "This issue isn't supported by advisors"

I need assistance with my billing, and I cannot get said assistance.  

Please advise

    Hey AOD_CapStar362​, I just went through the contact flow and it gave me an option to start a chat: 

    Please follow these steps: 

    • Access:

       https://help.ea.com/en/ea-account/ 

    • Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on "Contact Us"
    • A chat window will appear. Say that you want to speak to an advisor via chat. 
    • It will ask you the subject, game, and platform.  
    • Once you provide that information, you should be redirected to the same as the screenshot above. 

    Please try these steps and let us know if that helps.

    Hey there, I'm really sorry to hear that you've been having problems contacting EA Help. 

    Have you tried selecting a different subject? Please try selecting that you need assistance with your EA account, which might give you the option to start a chat.

    I've done that already,  in fact, I'e tried even just putting in random words - it gave me the same response.   No matter, what I put, the system comes back to that same result.  "This issue isn't supported by advisors"

    yet a Billing issue, is clearly mandated to be supported by advisors.

    Ive done exactly that for the last 3 days now, it has finally worked.  but for three days,  it gave me nothing but the attached screenshot as the result for 72 hours.   at least it worked today, finally.  thanks
