Support Page "Loop": Unable to Continue Case
My case's status is "Waiting on Player". I go to the case and press "Resume Case", but it sends me to an FAQ article page instead of letting me resume the case. I checked my email for any communications from EA Support, but all they sent me was an auto-generated email asking me to go to EA Help / the Forums or go to My Cases to resume the case. However, I can't continue the case due to the "loop" issue I'm experiencing.
I also checked my spam box for an email from an EA Representative, but there was none.
