Support Page "Loop": Unable to Continue Case

My case's status is "Waiting on Player". I go to the case and press "Resume Case", but it sends me to an FAQ article page instead of letting me resume the case. I checked my email for any communications from EA Support, but all they sent me was an auto-generated email asking me to go to EA Help / the Forums or go to My Cases to resume the case. However, I can't continue the case due to the "loop" issue I'm experiencing.

I also checked my spam box for an email from an EA Representative, but there was none.

    Hi TheSonAlleyShop,

    Sorry to hear the EA Help site's acting up for you. It might just need some troubleshooting. Could you try the following steps please: 

    • If you are on mobile, switch to PC to submit the ticket or vice versa
    • Clear the browsers cache and cookies, fully close all browser windows and then try again
    • Test it off of a different search engine (so if you're on Google Chrome, try Firefox to see if you can submit a ticket that way)
    • It's no harm trying a clean boot to see if you see the same issue after either:  https://help.ea.com/en-in/help/faq/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/

    Still having the same issues! Have 3 tickets up, two of which I made on mobile and 1 on desktop. Still says waiting for player and I can’t resume cass

    I have these exact same issues and trying these suggested steps don't help at all. How do I get access to support?
