Suspensions are often triggered automatically when the system detects unusual activity, so opening a support case allows an advisor to manually check your account.
You can go to EA Help > My Cases and submit an appeal with as much information as possible. If you recently logged in from a new device, had connection issues, or used third-party tools (even harmless ones), mention that too. Only EA Support can review or lift a suspension, but they usually respond once the case is filed.
