The email address associated with my account was changed without my knowledge
My account was inactive from January 26, 2025, to early August 2025 because I was playing other games at the time. However, when I was preparing to join the Battlefield 6 beta, I discovered that my account had been compromised, resulting in a ban on my APEX account and a link to an Xbox account that didn't belong to me. I restored my account on August 6th, and customer service representative Pawan informed me that while my account was restored, it was unfortunately banned and asked me to appeal the ban.
I had previously been very satisfied with your platform's after-sales service, but things quickly took a turn for the worse.
When I submitted a complaint using my old account , the platform kept saying my complaint hadn't been submitted and asking me to wait for several hours. I've already been waiting for a week. How much longer do I have to wait? If you can find out, I've been using the account "Memoryyyyy" for the past few years, including when I was addicted to APEX. But it's clear that the account and email address I used when I was banned weren't mine.
Now, I'm curious why my account was hacked even though I already had verified logins. You haven't considered these issues, and you're wasting my time with such a poor appeals process?
I'm following the process, but you're ignoring me. I'm furious.😄
I don't play APEX anymore, but I'm more concerned about the hacker's XBOX being linked to my account. It makes me sick. Maybe someone will say, "Why don't you unlink it from your profile?" Obviously, I tried, but he never responded.
As of now, my account is still unable to appeal, and all feedback portals have blocked me (because all my feedback requests are shown as customer service does not support this issue)
