If I could, I would, but only our support team can assist you with 2FA issues. They'll need to disable the 2FA so you can set it back up, and as this means changing the security settings for an EA account, they need to verify you are the account owner before making any changes. Community Managers like myself can't do this.
I understand it's been tough trying to connect with our support team so far. Please stick with them. They'll do their best to help you recover access to your EA account.

It sounds like the cases aren't submitting, which may be why you haven't heard back. Let's see if we can work together to get to the bottom of this. Can you share what steps you've taken so far to open a support case? If you can pop up a screenshot of what you're seeing, too, it'd help us see what you're seeing.
