Unable to access my account

I’ve been trying to get through to somebody or something to sort now and it has been hours.

I no longer have access to an old email address. It no longer exists. What can I do? It just says our agents can’t deal with this on any options I type in. Absolutely no way to get in touch. My gamepass is linked to this as well so that’s also affected. The account is 17 years old. I can get into it but can’t make any changes due to the verification.

All I want is the Xbox gamepass linking to my current account. I’m not even bothered about the old one but I’m finding it completely impossible to get any help sorting it.

Any help would be massively appreciated .

    Sorry to hear that there's been difficulty linking your Xbox Game Pass to your EA account.

    I'm afraid we're unable to directly support account-related issues as we can't discuss account details here on the forums. The steps on this page would typically help you update your email address, but since you no longer have access to the email itself, it'd be best to just scroll to the bottom for the Contact us option. An advisor will need to verify a few account details and should be able to work with you to get things updated from there.

    Once you can receive verification codes, this page has more information on linking your Xbox and EA accounts.

    Thanks so much for getting back in touch. I’ve been trying to get in touch with someone for the last few hours but the only message I get is ‘This issue isn’t supported by advisors’

     

    Is there any other way to deal with this?
