Hey LethalBubbles952 if the issue is that you cannot access the EA account then the best thing I can suggest is to follow the steps here: https://help.ea.com/en/articles/ea-account/locked-out-of-ea-account/

If you have an Xbox account, you can make your primary account the head of a family, make the Xbox your home console, make an Alternate account make the Xbox that accounts home account, now your games and game pass are shared to the alternate account.
