Unable to access old EA account and can't link new one to Xbox account

So basically, a long time ago I had an EA account, that account was linked to both my Xbox account and an old yahoo email. However I can't login to that old account, I can't delete that old account, ...

I thought I was the only one having this issue. I've put in 2 cases since the August 7th for both of them to be closed with no response. Gave Name, DoB, Xbox Gamertag that is linked, old email that was deactivated in 2012, new email that I'm using for this account.  I mean, I've had this EA account since 2013 and thought my games and gamertag were using this EA account.
