Good luck trying to get in contact with the support team. I have a similar issue that my PSN account is linked to a disabled EA email. Submitted the issue 1 week ago with a full problem disctiption and got 2 automatic emails with the same content in it. Up unitl now it was not clear to me that the do not handle issue throught the mail or something, when you submit a issue you will have to stay in the chat which appears very small in the bottom right corner. But the waiting times are 7 hours! why do they expect poeple to wait 7 hours behinde a screen to get a issue resolved?

I reached out to Microsoft and got a support representative first try. I informed them of this situation. Obviously there’s nothing that they can do because it’s an EA issue. My request was that support elevate to Sales & Marketing because I am not alone and the implication is that I won’t be able to play any EA games.
I asked for a refund on my PreOrder of BF6.
