Unable to unlink banned hacked ea account

The ea support system has to be the worst support system I’ve ever used like what do you mean I can’t unlink a hacked banned ea account? And when I try to appeal it all it says is system error please try again later like dude it’s not my fault for having some random dude change my email and turn on 2factor which got my account banned and which made me lose everything I’ve had and I’ve been trying to look for a solution for like 2 years and nothing is helping so if someone from ea can actually help me instead of just saying try to appeal it then at this point I’m just gonna sell my Xbox because most of my games are ea games 

and when I thought I could unlink my ea account through my console since ea added that option it’s had to be the most useless option ever added because I can’t even verify it’s me because all I see on my screen when I launch a game is that your account has been disabled so what’s the point of that option if it doesn’t even work?

I have enough information to at least try to get my ea account unlinked from my Xbox but if no body helps me then I have lost all hope in ea support so please if someone can get me real help then I will appreciate it
