Unable to validate account
I have my child’s account that shows the parental account email address is incorrect. It is misspelled and wasn’t even a valid email address when the ea account was created. I’ve since identified the invalid email address name but cannot log in because the account needs to be verified. The original verification email address failed to send because it wasn’t a valid email address. Now that I’ve created the misspelled email address and set the password. I’m unable to login because it hasn’t been initially validated. I need the initial validation email resent so I can request the parent email address updated to an email account I monitor. This account I’m logged into is my personal ea account and is the only way I can post for support. The support on the chat feature is unwilling to help me and said this is the only other option besides my son having to create a new psn and start all of his games over from scratch.
