Unknown EA Accounts Linked to Our Gaming Accounts – Support Issue

It appears that this is not an isolated issue affecting only me. Other users seem to be experiencing a similar situation as well.

We have noticed that EA accounts we do not recognize and have never owned are appearing as linked to our accounts on various gaming platforms. We have no connection or relationship with these EA accounts, yet they appear to be associated with our gaming accounts.

When we contact EA Live Support about the issue, we encounter another problem. Support representatives ask us to verify the EA accounts that we have explicitly stated are not ours. Naturally, it is impossible for us to provide information or verification details for an EA account that we have never owned or used.

What makes the situation even more difficult is that, even when we provide information demonstrating that the gaming account belongs to us, this information may not be accepted as sufficient. Instead, the support process continues to focus on verifying the unknown EA account. This effectively makes it impossible for affected users to resolve the issue through the normal support process.

I believe this could potentially be a system-related issue or a problem with account linking. However, we do not know the actual cause at this point, so I think it would be useful for everyone experiencing the same situation to share their experiences in this thread.

The purpose of this thread is not to accuse anyone, but to bring together users experiencing the same problem and determine whether there is a common issue affecting multiple accounts.

I would like to believe that a company as large as EA will investigate the situation and provide an appropriate solution without leaving affected users unable to access or recover their accounts.
