Unjustly softbanned on transfer market

My issue relates to FC 26 on ps5 - I bid on a several players over the course of 1-2 hours. I did nothing unusual and nothing against normal gameplay. However the servers may have detected this as 'bot activity' as I have read in forums. I now cannot actively take part in bids/buy now but I can sell items . I receive the error quoting cannot connect to ultimate team servers. This should have resolved within 24 hours as far as I am aware but it is now persisting for longer than 48 hours. I cannot actively partake in normal activities which is unjust. Can you please look into this for me. As can be seen there are no violations on the account
