Unknown EA account linked to steam
Good afternoon everyone! My Steam account was hacked a while ago. I managed to regain access, but after purchasing some EA games, I was blocked. It seems the hacker linked your EA account to my Steam account, making it impossible for me to log into any of the company's games. I went to the EA support website and opened cases as instructed, but my cases have received no response. I haven't even found anyone to talk to. The closest I've come is a chat within the chat itself, which is getting longer by the minute. I'd like to at least contact someone to find out how to resolve the situation. I can't wait weeks to resolve the issue, since if that's the case, I'll request a refund for the games if there's no resolution. However, this means can't wait. I just ask for someone to help me and pay some attention to the situation. I bought games and want to play them, not lose money for nothing.
