An Unknown Account has been linked with an email id hr*****@supere.ml with my PSN accout. Filed a Case to EA Help. Instead of helping they banned my account permently. I aslo tried to contact EA Live Game Advisor but the waiting time is 150 to 180mins. I want to play BF6 Beta but i cant because of this problem.

Have this same issue and 5 deleted tickets later... no fix. Just unlink the PSN so I can link it to the good account. Waiting for a chat advisor for 3+ hrs. Literally Ubisoft helped with this issue in like 20min. Complaining so much I might get banned too. I can play the other BF games no issue, but BF6 beta won't let me. PLEASE help.
Same here. Never linked my gamertag to EA before and its owned by a random PO****** email that I have never had in my entire life. Good job, EA. Way to screw over your base.
I'm glad im not the only one im going crazy over here. Mines an old AOL account that was deactivated years ago so theres no way to log in. Even called AOL lol and they said its deleted forever..
PSN Supports connects with Support agent within minutes for a live chat and they are really good. But EA No Way They Help. Bad Support System. Instead of helping or reaching out to me they Banned My EA ID. Now i have Opened a case to get my ID Unbaned But i got no response yet.
I have had this same problem except it was with my PC account that got hacked by a Xbox account and now I can't even unlink the account and I can't even play Apex because of it and I have been trying to get unbanned for over a year. It wasn't even my fault but they don't see it that way. I just want to play EA games but I can't even do that.
