Unlink Account

To EA Support,

I have been trying to unlink my EA account from an email address that I no longer have access to. The old email which is a comcast.net address was permanently delated over 7 years ago and it cannot be recovered.

My PSN account has already been updated with my current email and contains my personal information, including my name, username, and a record of the EA games I have purchased through the PSN store, along with their last played dates. I also have purchase receipts from the PSN store that shows my PSN account details like my username which was associated to the comcast.net address and my name.

I began contacting EA customer support via live chat at 5 AM today and as of 3 PM, I am still waiting to connect to someone. The system shows that I have been connected to an agent via email, but the chat does not show that I am connected to someone even if I refresh the page, so I am unable to respond to their message. This process has been extremely frustrating, and I should not have to create a new PSN account which would make me lose all my game data, progress, and force me to repurchase a PSN subscription just to play EA games that I already own.

I have submitted all relevant information and screenshots in my support ticket. Whoever handles my case should be able to review the provided documentation and resolve the issue without asking for information I have already supplied like my name or if I need help. Please escalate this matter and assist me in regaining access to my EA account.

This is unacceptable customer service. I miss playing FIFA, UFC, Star Wars, and Battlefield, and I simply want to us my existing PSN account without losing everything I have purchased and achieved over the years of gaming.

Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Thank you,

HOW THE **bleep** AM I SUPPOSE TO GIVE TO INFORMATION FOUND IN A EMAIL ACCOUTN THATS DEACTIVATED. Even ubisoft has better **bleep**ing customer support then this

EA customer support is Terrible! Still haven’t gotten connected to anyone. If they don’t want to have live chats they need to bring back phone calls or trouble tickets epic since the chat isn’t working at all. Even just trying to navigate to the live chat is a headache. This is ridiculous, because I’m not creating a new PSN just to play their games. I don’t game much anymore so it’s not worth creating a new account.

I don’t know if you hade any luck but I finally was able to get into contact with some one 5 mins ago and was able to prove I was the account holder by logging into my PSN giving them purchase dates of games and linked accounts and a lot of other information. I hope you where able to get it as well!
