Can’t unlink ea play till 2026 want to move from ps4 to ps5
If you're using the ame PSN on both PlayStations you won't need to unlink anything, since it's the same account.
If you're trying to unlink one PSN with the intention to link a different one to your EA account, note that an EA account can only ever have one of a specific type of account linked to it in its lifetime, so you won't be able to link a new PSN to your EA account.

I am having the same problem. I have an account but my PS5 is saying that my account is already in use. And then when I try to get Support from EA it says the Servers are down. When I check the Servers on my account it says the Servers are up and running. I cannot play madden online. Please help. I have had the game for 2 weeks and only wish to play online.

Yes it seems to be locked into the ps4.
we would like to use it now on the ps5.
