[UPDATE] EA Account Banned - Battlefield 6 (Steam, PC)

I just got banned while playing with bots only after work haha... i played with real people 2 times in bf6 and only got like 10 kills max and left game to play with bots to chill and i just got banned for cheating? wtf and when i tap appeal button it dont works too **bleep**

I too have had my account banned for ‘gameplay enhancement’ I was mid game when this happened on 17th October,  I also have overlay, synapse but different programs for my rgb’s…icue I believe it’s called, I appealed and now waiting for a response, what has pissed me off more is I didn’t even receive the double xp tokens from the release day issue like they promised, they don’t even full explain the reason for the ban, I’ve tried speaking live chat about it which in itself is a nightmare to get to. Mine too just keeps updating the status but just the date and time changes, it’s frustrating to pay £80 for a game I’ve waited months for, played both pre alpha and beta to be met with this, been a battlefield fan for years and to be banned for something I haven’t even done, I was wondering if maybe the reason was me having tekkit open on another monitor keeping an eye on my machinery, and maybe the anti cheat saw the word mod in there somewhere but I don’t know, all live chat told me was to wait for them to get back to me with an answer 

I also just got rejected this is so absurd to me. Anyone else feel like there character is being attacked? I have quite literally never cheated in a game. The fact that they gave me a completely generic response is so infuriating. 

I wonder if there's any legal action we can take. 

I am in the same boat as you. I only played about 2 hours of the single player campaign though. I was playing natively, and also with Geforce Now. 

I also have the Razer Synapse software installed but for my mouse.

😭It is truly unacceptable to be wrongly banned in such an unjust manner, and being unable to quickly contact the person in charge for resolution is a malicious act towards us players.

Does your penalty still show up despite closing the case?

After reading i believe you last update, I did find the competitive advantage penalty show up when I had a different case I initially created while it wasn't visible in penalties. I learned from your experience and closed the case that was not tied directly to appealing the penalty to avoid confusion. This morning it changed from new to transferred. I have not got any emails through this process so I'd assume those are just newsletters you subscribed to. I sure hope this "gameplay enhancement" BS gets sorted. The only hunch I have is G-Hub and in my appeal explained that my G600 mouse has 3 resting finger buttons. I used G-Hub to make my new ring finger button ] to get around some games keymapping limitations. I then change ] to grenade key in the game. I was popping lots of smokes right before my ban since I was rushing in with a sledgehammer to get tags.

Unfortunately, like you said. Many of us have this issue. 

None of us have been able to actually resolve it. One or two people somehow got advisors to delete their bans,  but everyone else is told make an appeal. 

I have 2 open. One sitting in waiting for studio, the other just "New.". 

No one has any idea to what is causing the bans. We all have some similar stuff here n there but it's truly random. 

Some people have rebought the game / subscribed to EA Play pro for now. But even that is a risk. I did that after my steam was banned & so far they've banned 3 accounts. I'm just gonna wait until they figure their issue out.
