Update Email Address linked to Ea Account

Hello, i just bought the ea fc game from steam and i logged in to my ea account linked to my steam, the ea account has an old email of mine that i don't have access to, i ve tried to change my email ...

    Hi GlutGirlFn​,

    In that case, you need to reach back out to EA support. If you still have access to the EA account, that's great, as it helps you provide information to the advisor.

    As you already said, they need some info from you to verify you as the rightful owner of the EA account. So make sure, you have all the details needed before you reach back out.

    Creating a new EA account wouldn't help you here, since your Steam account is still linked to the original EA account. So your best bet is to gain access again to the first EA account.

    Thank you , but it turns out that it was stuck on a loop , i would try to start a live chat but the ea beta bot/ai wouldnt let me continue to make my case and fix the issue , after a long time with some hurdles i finally managed to speak to a live chat advisor and they helped me change the email address so its fixed now but its so hard to communicate with support, the live chat keeps cutting off or it gets refreshed and i would have to get a new advisor
