In that case, you need to reach back out to EA support. If you still have access to the EA account, that's great, as it helps you provide information to the advisor.
As you already said, they need some info from you to verify you as the rightful owner of the EA account. So make sure, you have all the details needed before you reach back out.
Creating a new EA account wouldn't help you here, since your Steam account is still linked to the original EA account. So your best bet is to gain access again to the first EA account.
I have been trying all day yesterday by pc and via phone and at one point when i was just talking to an advisor through live chat , whenever i try to join to a live chat and make a case it keeps saying "this issue isnt supported by our advisors" even if just a few minutes ago yesterday with the same issue i wa just talking to someone on the live chat, it says the same thing if i try to make a case about updating my account details or if i try to delete my account. I cant join to a live chat anymore, ive tried from pc and from my phone but it wont let me
