Updating Account

I am trying to update my email address so i can fix my game. When i go to change my email and then i click it and it asks me for verification codes but i cant get the codes cause i dont have access to that email, i dont even know what that email is. I have tried contacting EA and the bot sucks **bleep**. I called the actual EA company and all they said was that they cant help me because that line is used for employees not for players who need help about the games. I have bought multiple expansion and game packs on this account and i really dont want to lose them. If anyone can help me fix this please let me know!!

    You should be able to start a case here to get in touch with support. You'll need to fill out a couple categories on this page versus one of the other help pages, but I'd try either the Update EA Account or Login issues options for the initial question.

    Once the rest of the form is filled out, that should let you get in touch.

  • and i tried logging into my EA app in an incognito browser just for it to say my account is disabled but it shouldnt be

     

  • So i did choose that option and it was going to give me to an advisor but then it switched me out of the chat and said this action isnt supported by our advisors

    If you no longer have access to the email address registered to the EA account, you'll want to reach out to our support team directly so they can help update those account details. I see you mentioned the bot, but for this you'll need actual support to take a look.

    The steps on this page would typically help you update that information, but since you no longer have access to the email itself it'd be best to just scroll to the bottom for the Contact us option. An advisor will need to verify a few account details and should be able to work with you to get things updated from there.
