Won't Let me play 2

I've purchased the standard edition of the game and have all of the correct files downloaded. However, when I launch the game it doesn't allow me to play multiplayer or single player. It says purchase to play even though I have. If I click on install files within the game it just takes me to the EA app where it shows me I have the files downloaded already. Need help with this.
