You can directly change your email in the user center, or contact customer service to change it for you. If you have no ban records, you can reach out to online customer service and they should help you. However, if you are in China, a VPN might be required.

The appeal cannot be submitted because you are using a 163 email. You need to contact customer service to change your email.
