Thank you for the suggestion, but I have a ban record and I am unable to appeal. My network connection is fine.

The appeal cannot be submitted because you are using a 163 email. You need to contact customer service to change your email.

Thank you, but if I try to contact online customer service, they will refuse to help me change my email for 'security reasons' because my account is banned.
