Xbox Live Account Linked to Deactivated EA Email

I also need help with this. Crazy to me that they’ll deactivate old accounts but not un-link them

The more frustrating part is being unable to get to talk with a support agent as EA is just closing our tickets and not doing anything about it. I'm trying to work with Microsoft directly to remove my account from their side to see if that's even possible
