[A way out] Time it with the thunder bug

In the part where Leo and Vincent need to hit a door at the same time a thunder strikes there's a bug that doesnt allow progression. When the thunder hits, both me and my friend press the button that appears on screen (X) but nothing happens, no matter if one of us or both press it, after the thunder passes either Leo or Vincent hit the door, but alerting the guards. This is not a matter of timing as we've tried everything for hours, they never hit the door together thus making progress impossible.
