Cold Potato Achievement not unlocking

My friend and I played through the Game Show side story and got through it without the bomb exploding, and the achievement only unlocked for him. We then did it again with me being the host and traded characters, but the achievement still won't unlock for me.

Has anyone figured out the issue with this achievement? Is this a bug, or did we do something wrong? All the other achievements were unlocked perfectly fine, so this is the only one that is missing.
