yes i get it on xbox as well as pc i haven't been able to play it takes two online at all i get the 103-40010000 error 

Same error message for me. I'm on PC. Even connecting to mobile hotspot didn't work either. There's no solution for this after a week. Considering a refund.

aaron_217 So there isn't a solution because it is a general error, which means it has no direct ties to anything specific like your ISP, antivirus, permissions error, etc.

It is a connection error, and therefore, it could be a very long list of issues causing it. Since every player has a different connection, PC, router/modem etc, it is hard to narrow down what the actual cause it.

Is your PC hardwired or is it connected wirelessly? 

both my xbox and pc are hardwired and i have also tried to play wireless and i have restarted and run checks on my modem and everything is fine

EA_ShepardPC is wired and hotspot is wireless. A week of no solution. This game is broken.

oDevi1o Are you able to connect your Xbox to a hot spot to test it?

aaron_217 When you connect to a hot spot, this should be an open connection with no firewall, antivirus, or security blocking a connection. Do you get the same error on the hot spot as you do wired?
