Lost in random Xbox series x

Do you happen to have anything plugged into the USB ports on your Xbox? If so, try unplugging them and let me know if you can load into the game or not. Thanks!

I don’t have anything else plugged into my console at all. Literally just freezes on the loading screen. Tried deleting and downloading again

Thanks for getting back to me. Try deleting the personal saved data for Lost in Random. To do that, press the Guide button and then highlight the Lost in Random tile. Then, hit the Menu button. It's the small one to the right of the Guide button with 3 horizontal lines on it. Next, go to Manage game and add-ons > Saved data. Delete the file with your gamertag on it. It's possible this could delete some offline data for this game. Normally, that is downloaded from the cloud, but I can't guarantee that.

No worries 😊 I’ve already done that aswell unfortunately. So I’m not sure what else to try now.

Thanks for letting me know. Do you have the game installed on an internal or external hard drive? Also, try clearing the alternate MAC address with these steps:

Go to your Xbox Settings
Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"

It’s installed on my internal hard drive not got any others plugged in. I’ve also tried that’s aswell and no luck.

Can you try connecting to a mobile hotspot and let me know if that gets you past that loading screen?

Thanks for trying that. Next, I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if this makes a difference or not.
