not able to connect to online play

Hello, I recently purchased the Deluxe version of Mass Effect Andromeda, when I start the game it cannot connect me to the online features, no matter what I do, I have already uninstalled and installed the game and the EA app and I simply cannot connect to multiplayer.
I contacted support and was assisted via chat, we tried several solutions and nothing worked, the attendant directed me to the forum so I could find a solution.
