It's been 20 days and I still can't play the game.
What would be the process to get a refund on the purchase if it's still unplayable?

Community ManagerCroustitastic There was a small update that should have resolved this one. Steam and PS crashing are related if playing together but separate if playing with other consoles. I will follow up on the console side but it seems quieter in the PC sector of it.
EA_Shepard Nothing was solved on the PS side, the bug is still happening just like day 1.
I'm glad it works for the PC players, but i'm playing with a friend who also owns a PS5 and we are still stuck to 10 minutes sessions and i'd rather not end up breaking my console with repetitive crashes.
