Good morning, it's been 26 days now, and no solution has been provided.
It's been clearly established that the game is at fault and not the hardware so how do I request a refund ?
I've spent 50€ for a coop game that I can't play more than 10 minutes in a row, with the added risk of frying my console everytime I try to check if it has been fixed.
I will consider buying the game again once it's been confirmed that it's fully functional.

If you purchased Split Fiction via the PlayStation Store and are considering a refund, you can check your eligibility by contacting PlayStation Support.
