EA_LeeuwEA_ShepardSo that didn't work...What did work on PS5 was downscaling to 1080P. my PS5 is connected via HDMI to a 4k HDR TV. I tried turning off HDR, which didn't work and turning off 120hz response in PS5 menu which worked for a while...but the main solution was: Playstation Settings, Picture and video: Resolution from 2160 -> 1080P. was able to play for an hour+ without issue on splitcreen.
May not work for everyone but the game seems to have issues on PS5 pushing 4k with high refresh...
