To confirm does the game freeze or what is happening when you learn the spiral attack?
Also to confirm are you pressing left/Right bumbers to use the attack or pressing down on the left/right sticks?
it completely freezes. The only buttons that work is the menu button and ZR. I have pressed L/R and do not work. Character doesn’t move. Waterfall frozen. Bad guys frozen. Everything frozen. When I restart it has me on the ledge about to enter the waterfall area to learn spirit attack and still freezes. After initializing and restarting the game completely over, I still land at this same spot frozen. No buttons work? Not even to move the character except to access the menu and Nintendo Home Screen
I’m at a loss until EA fixes this bug because it’s not a Nintendo thing, my other games work, so it’s this game.

EA Staff (Retired)From the picture what can you glean from it? I appreciate the help but I’ve now spent 3 days trouble shooting and to be honest I’m getting tired. EA has been notified by others of this bug, they should push out a fix asap. I can just not play the game at this point and just won’t get another game from this sub company in the future. I see they’re posting on IG and not fixing bugs, leaves a sour taste TBH

To confirm we will ask for information to help the team better understand a bug depending on how a video or screenshot looks it can help better pin point where a given issue may be steeming from.
I understand its frustrating when you run into an issue the stops you from being able to fully enjoy the game, this is why we try to ask for as many details as we can. If you have gone through different steps and share what your running into here we can simply wait for additional information from the team or potential future updates, thanks again.
Also you may notice us still responding to post here or sharing information across social media, each studio has a different sized team responsible for handling different tasks. Rest assured we have passed this on to be looked at by the correct people.

Me too Same problem over here on Nintendo switch
I gave up and deleted game. We should get our money back if they’re not going to make this a priority and fix the bug. It’s a pretty big bug, and you barely get to play the game. Honestly it’s coming off like a scam. I don’t have time to edit a screenshot to fit a forum that can’t take a certain amount of bytes, ironic really.

they won't fix the game for Nintendo users. It's clear they don't care
Pushing in the Left and Right analogue sticks together seemed to have worked.
