Split fiction EA server connection

I keep getting error code 103-40010000 when trying to play online with Split Fiction. This is on PS5 and Xbox. I’ve rebooted the router, tried several different DNS, cleared cache, rebuilt data base...

dang :-( yeah thats what i did for my error code and it worked :-( it was worth a shot i guess
